  2. .NET Web and/or Windows LOB Application Developer

    We are looking for a .NET Web and/or Windows LOB Application Developer to join out IT department.

    This individual should be creative and able to execute the development of the overall application experience, continuously striving to improve the quality, functionality and look and feel of our web and mobile sites as well as our internal LOB desktop application.

    We are looking for someone that can work well with our IT Department Manager and Marketing team, and bring fresh, creative ideas on how we can create cutting-edge online user experiences for our brand. You should also be technically sound to help maintain our information technology strategies by assisting staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

    Job Duties:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with web design & development primarily on Microsoft technologies; portfolio of previous websites and desktop application will be requested
    • Deep expertise and hands on experience in developing Winforms and/or WPF LOB desktop Windows application or
    • Deep expertise and hands on experience in developing and maintenance of Web Applications using ASP.NET Webforms, ASP.NET MVC 4.0, C# and API’s.
    • Proficient with HTML5, Javascript, Bootstrap, JQuery and other web technologies.
    • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, design, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
    • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with WebAPI or WCF Web Services is needed to be successful in this position.
    • Knowledge of Graphic Design, e-commerce and supply chain/logistics is preferred.
    • Strong grasp of security principles.
    • Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications.
    • The ability to work independently.

    Required experience:

    • Web and/or Windows LOB Development / IT: 5 years

    This is the ideal position for an energetic, aggressive, sales professional with a proven track record of selling fulfillment, kitting, assembly, print, turnkey solutions and/or other 3PL services.

    • Excellent cold calling and prospecting experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to design and recommend solutions for our customer
    • Develop short and long term sales strategies
    • Gain an In-depth knowledge of our company’s products, pricing and delivery schedules
    • An understanding of the direct-to-store model with niche market components
    • Ability to manage current and potential customers to achieve sales and profit goals consistently
    • Ability to organize and conduct professional presentations to all levels of a company.
