Consumer Product Safety Improvement

Dear Valued Customer:

In compliance with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, please be advised that Duplium has had samples of products manufactured tested to address the guidelines outlined in CPSIA 108 as well as CPSIA 101, inclusive of CD cases, DVD cases, CDs, and DVDs as well as vinyl disc holders and other plastic disc delivery products.

All tests were performed by approved third party labs and found that all products mentioned and manufactured or sold by Duplium are in compliance with:

• CPSIA Section 108: Prohibition on Sale of Certain Products Containing Specified Phthalates. Duplium confirms via approved third party lab testing that all products contain no specified phthalates traceable at CPSC specified limits.


• CPSIA Section 101: Children's Products Containing Lead, Lead Paint Rule. Duplium confirms via testing by an approved third party lab that all products contain mo lead in levels traceable at CPSC specified limits.

Please be aware that copies of the tests or confirmation from third party suppliers are maintained by Duplium. These are available by contacting Mr. Terry Burnette, Operations Manager responsible for Quality Testing.
